Easy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs with Cabernet Merlot Balsamic Glaze

Crispy, golden chicken thighs seasoned simply with garlic, salt, and pepper, then finished with a rich drizzle of Nonna Pia’s Cabernet Merlot Balsamic Glaze for an easy weeknight dinner that tastes far more impressive than the effort required.

INGREDIENTS

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to taste
2–3 tbsp Nonna Pia’s Cabernet Merlot Balsamic Glaze
Favorite side dishes, for serving

DIRECTIONS

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Brush all sides lightly with olive oil.
Season generously with garlic powder, salt, and cracked black pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F if required by your model.
Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece for proper air circulation.
Cook for 12–15 minutes, then flip the chicken so the skin side is facing up.
Continue cooking for an additional 12–15 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the thickest part of the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and drizzle with Nonna Pia’s Cabernet Merlot Balsamic Glaze just before serving.
