• ¼ cup pine nuts
• 5–6 oz. baby arugula
• 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
• ½ cup fresh basil, julienned
• 150 g thin sliced prosciutto, torn
• 2 oz. creamy goat cheese, crumbled
• 2–3 tbsp Nonna Pia’s Classic Balsamic Glaze
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1️⃣ Toast pine nuts in a small sauté pan over medium heat until golden, about 2 minutes.
2️⃣ Add arugula to a large salad bowl and lightly coat with extra virgin olive oil.
3️⃣ Add peaches, basil, goat cheese, prosciutto, and toasted pine nuts, then toss gently to combine.
4️⃣ Top with more goat cheese and drizzle generously with Nonna Pia’s Classic Balsamic Glaze. Serve immediately.

Simple, easy & delicious tomato + burrata pasta 😋

Here’s what you’ll need:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 500g spaghettini (or pasta of choice)
• 1.5 lbs grape tomatoes
• 3 cloves garlic
• Olive oil
• 1 tbsp Nonna Pia’s Balsamic Glaze
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 tsp dry basil
• Fresh basil
• Crushed red pepper
• 250g burrata cheese
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Add a few tbsp olive oil to a hot pan (medium-high). Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add tomatoes and stir until coated. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 minutes until blistered.

Stir in Nonna Pia’s balsamic glaze, dried basil, salt & pepper.
Reduce to medium-low, cover and simmer 5 more minutes.

Remove from heat and add burrata 🧀 Stir until creamy.
Pour tomatoes over pasta and toss to combine.
