This week’s recipe is 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐜 𝐍’ 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞. Creamy, cheesy pasta gets a luscious tomato twist with Nonna Pia’s Siciliana Sauce, then baked to golden perfection for a meal the whole family will love. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a cozy weekend treat. 🧀🍅

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
• 1 ½ cups Nonna Pia’s Siciliana Sauce
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella
• ½ cup grated parmesan
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt & pepper to taste
• ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional)

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, Nonna Pia’s Siciliana Sauce, heavy cream, 1 ½ cups mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella and breadcrumbs if using.
4️⃣ Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
5️⃣ Let cool slightly, serve warm, and enjoy a cheesy, comforting bite!

Time to tuck into something bold, cozy and full of heart — this week it’s 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢. Think spicy chorizo meets hearty beans and a rich tomato-sauce base, all with that signature Nonna Pia’s twist. 🍲

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
• 1 jalapeño chili, seeded & finely chopped
• 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
• 1 red pepper, coarsely chopped
• 1 lb chorizo, sausage meat removed from casings
• 3 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp ground cumin
• 1 jar (19.4 oz) Nonna Pia’s Arrabiata Sauce
• 1 can (398 ml) plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
• 1 can (540 ml) black or kidney beans, rinsed & drained
• ½ cup chopped cilantro
• Salt & freshly ground pepper
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1️⃣ Heat a large deep saucepan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, onion, jalapeño, green pepper and red pepper; sauté until onion is translucent (~3 minutes).

2️⃣ Add the chorizo and sauté until browned.
